​ Our volunteer leaders in Western Prince william are mostly working professionals who give up their free time​ and enter into the lives of students​ on a regular basis.

We love Jesus and desire to introduce students to Him and help them grow in their faith.

We love these students just as they are, no matter their decision or choice.

The Committee is the backbone of Young Life in the community

They partner with staff in​ caring for leaders, being advocates in schools and neighborhoods, and fundraising​ to ensure the ministry continues.

Charlie Patten
Volunteer area director

Charlie has been involved with Western Prince William since 2019, he has been a dedicated committee member, leader, and volunteer Area Director mentoring teens, leaders and our area's staff associate. Being a Young Life kid himself, Charlie is passionate about befriending teens and introducing them to Christ.

Natalie Aguilar
Staff associate

Natalie has been involved with Western Prince William since 2021, serving as a volunteer leader, and eventually joining staff in 2023. As the area's staff person, Natalie's hope is to see this ministry grow across Prince William County so that more teens can be introduced to the love of Jesus Christ and grow in their faith.
